RediTechniX – part of the RediGroup group of specialist materials handling companies – has introduced an online advice portal that allows visitors to the company’s website to have their automated pallet storage and retrieval systems-related questions answered by an industry expert.
Tony King, RediTechniX commercial manager, commented: “There is massive interest in automated pallet storage and retrieval systems at the moment because they have the potential to radically change the way goods are stored in warehouses. As more and more companies are discovering, existing solutions just cannot compete with the ecological, productivity and cost benefits that, for example, RediTechniX’s RediLogX solution offers.
“But, understandably, because the technology is relatively new, potential early adopters have questions about how it works and how it can be used to bring advantages to their particular storage facility.”
“Our online portal allows anyone to find out the information they need by asking questions directly – anonymously if they prefer – or by reviewing some of the responses to queries already raised by others.”
RediTechniX’s range of automated handling solutions includes the award-winning RediLogX pallet storage, retrieval and sequencing system that allows the storage density of an existing warehouse to be increased by up to 90% when compared to traditional very narrow aisle (VNA) racking and lift truck-based designs.
