As part of its ongoing commitment to deliver comprehensive, single source storage solutions, Yorkshire-based RediGroup has restructured its senior management team.
Managing Director, Andrew Forsythe, has become Chief Executive Officer while Sales Director, Ray Phelan, has taken on the role of Chief Business Development Officer. Finance Director Rob Dargue’s title has changed to Chief Financial Officer. Phil Culling remains RediGroup Chairman.
In addition, Divisional Managers have been appointed to head up each of the five operating divisions that make up the RediGroup, namely RediRack – RediGroup’s pallet racking division; RediFit – the Group’s interior design and fit-out services operation; RediFloor –RediGroup’s mezzanine and structural floor division; RediBuild – RediGroup’s principal contracting division; and RediTechniX – the Group’s automated pallet storage and sequencing division.
Andrew Forsythe commented: “I’m thrilled to be able to announce the new structure. It’s always been part of our vision and the time has come to implement changes which will allow the management team to focus on corporate activities while the new divisional managers take on more responsibility for their individual businesses.
“It is our intention that each division will eventually have its own MD equivalent, thereby creating a new layer of management within RediGroup.”
Ray Phelan added: “These changes reflect RediGroup’s commitment to deliver the best solutions, services and team in the industry and I fundamentally believe that with these changes RediGroup is a best in class company offering a best in class service.”
