It isn’t always completely possible to schedule crane assignments. Every job is a new challenge. Modern heavy duty cranes have to cope with a high variety of tasks. Be it moving heavy machinery in restricted spaces or installation assignments – flexible and cost-efficient workhorses are in demand.
Now, with the 63002 EH, the PK 76002 EH and the PK 88002 EH High Performance, PALFINGER presents three heavy duty crane models with a superior current value. Maintenance-free extension system, continuous slewing system, Power Link Plus and E-HPLS equip them for a whole range of applications.
Technical data. The PK 63002 EH has a lifting moment of 59.4 meter tonnes, the PK 76002 EH of 71.6 meter tonnes and the PK 88002 EH of 81.6 meter tonnes. The PK 63002 EH and PK 76002 EH models are fitted with up to 8 hydraulic extensions. Both cranes achieve a hydraulic outreach of 20.4 meters. The PK 88002 EH, on the other hand, is available with up to 9 hydraulic extensions and an outreach of up to 22.5 meters.
Power Link Plus. Developed and brought to the production stage by PALFINGER. The user has constant lifting power at his disposal over the entire working range with the Power Link knuckle-boom system. The reverse linkage knuckle boom which can be angled upwards by 15 degrees means maximum motion geometry. It extends the crane’s range many times over.
Continuous slewing system with up to two slewing drives. Since the two drives are reciprocally hydraulically prestressed, the crane’s slewing play is reduced to a minimum – a priceless advantage for jobs requiring a high outreach. Ensures precise crane movements.
Maintenance-free extension system. The use of sliding elements made from special synthetic material combined with time-tested KTL cathodic dip painting means that the operator no longer needs to service the boom system. This saves time and money and is easy on the environment.
E-HPLS. Increased profitability in use. With the E-HPLS it is possible to reduce the crane’s working speed and simultaneously increase the lifting power if required. Maximum power – when it really matters.
Functional design. The new design vocabulary keeps abreast of the times – in styling and choice of materials. Covers of synthetic material over control valve, pivot gear and hydraulic hoses are particularly eye-catching. Improved appearance with less wear – for the crane’s whole lifetime.
HPSC – High Performance Stability Control. The sensors of the system developed by PALFINGER to monitor the vehicle’s stability enable variable positioning of the stabilizers. The crane exploits the maximum lifting power in every position. More intelligent than all the others.
PK 63002 EH, PK 76002 EH and PK 88002 EH. Your dependable partners.
