Packsize’s X6 ‘right-size’ boxing system wins SITL Innovation Award
Packsize, the market leader in sustainable, on-demand packaging, has won the ‘Intralogistics Category’ at this year’s prestigious SITL Innovation Awards with its advanced X6 fully-automated, right-size packaging machine.
The trophy, awarded by an international panel of judges, was presented to Packsize’s Sales Director France, Edin del Mar, at an Awards ceremony held during the SITL show in Paris on 31st March. Packsize’s innovative X6 high-throughput, on-demand packaging system was selected for the top prize over innovations from twenty shortlisted companies in the highly contested Intralogistics Category.
On winning the Award, Edin del Mar, said: “The whole of the Packsize team, worldwide, are delighted and honoured to be recognised for the truly innovative qualities of the X6 machine. Its speed, the wide variety of box sizes it can produce on-demand and its huge flexibility make it popular with a growing customer base in France. The Packsize X6 is a fully automated, on-demand packaging system with the capability to produce individual boxes tailor-made to the exact optimum size for each order at rates of up to 1300 units per hour.
