Onward Holdings Ltd is making available to lease another high-quality warehouse located in the heart of Yorkshire
Onward Holdings, one of the leading industrial space providers in the region, is in the process of extensively refurbishing a 61,000sqft multi-purpose distribution/industrial facility on Good Hope Close on the Normanton Industrial Estate within less than a mile from Junction 31 of the M62 motorway. Improvements include new roof, floors and exterior cladding.

With a focus on sustainability, the steel in the original building on Good Hope Close has been reused for the extensive upgrade, which also features modernised offices. The unit is an ideal gateway to UK markets for a variety of sectors, such as e-commerce, urban logistics, distribution, food, general manufacturing, parcel carriers, high end goods and packaging.
Adding Good Hope Close to its portfolio follows the family-run commercial property specialist recently agreeing a 10-year lease with Yusen Logistics for its refurbished warehouse at the Cross Green Industrial Estate in Leeds.

Onward Holdings is a fourth-generation family-run business founded in 1930 which is renowned for developing and operating warehousing and industrial units. This includes the provision of bespoke or shared multi-sized warehouse facilities and managed 3PL warehousing in the M62/M1/A1 corridor of West Yorkshire. Sites include Castleford, Normanton, Featherstone and South Kirkby.
In addition to offering warehousing and fulfilment services at its sites, the business has developed a former coal mine near Barnsley into a gleaming new retail park. ONYX Retail Park, comprising 17,500 square feet of retail space, is based in Wath-Upon-Dearne and is located at the former Manvers main colliery, an area of major regeneration.
