Hiab presents MULTILIFT Futura
– a new-generation skiploader with over 100 smart innovations
Hiab, part of Cargotec, is set to launch a new generation skiploader, MULTILIFT Futura. The new skiploader with over 100 smart innovations is designed to lift the customer’s business to new levels of productivity, safety and flexibility.
Jussi Katajainen, Product Manager, MULTILIFT Demountables, comments: “We offer our customers smart and safe solutions that ensure the growth of their business. The new MULTILIFT Futura has been designed especially to meet the customer needs. It has features that are totally new to the market, like FlexControlTM which gives a freedom to customise the skiploader, and SkipTopTM which covers any load with a touch of a button.”
In addition, the completely redesigned EvoLightTM steel construction gives 300-500 kg more payload, meaning that the customer can haul more while saving fuel and reducing CO2 emissions. The SwanNeckTM design increases the skiploader’s reach in container handling while maintaining the stability. Safety, both for the operator and surroundings, are paramount for MULTILIFT. SafetyPlusTM innovations such as hydraulic side stops, hydraulic container lock combined with precise controls ensure the safety when using the new skiploader.
“MULTILIFT Futura combines forward thinking technique with street smarts and innovative design. It is not only meant to function in easy surroundings, but also in narrow streets and unpredictable conditions,” concludes Katajainen.
