Garbe Industrial and Wood & Company develop an industrial park in Poland
Garbe Industrial Real Estate Poland, a renowned specialist in logistics and industrial real estate in Central and Eastern Europe, in cooperation with the Wood & Company Logistics Sub-Fund, announces the development of the new Garbe Park Gliwice. This industrial complex, to be built in accordance with BREEAM Excellent certification standards, will offer a leasable area of 75,000 square metres. The new zone will be connected to an existing retail park and will benefit from excellent transport accessibility. The total investment in the development of the new park will exceed 50 million euros.
Gliwice, where the industrial park will be built, is located in southern Poland near the A4 motorway, one of the country’s most important west-east axes. It connects the site to Wrocław and the German-Polish border with a junction to the German A4 motorway towards Dresden to the west, and to Kraków and the border with Ukraine to the east. Situated along the A4 motorway, a strategic artery in Europe’s logistics and security network, the site stands to gain from ongoing geopolitical shifts that continue to increase demand for sustainable well-located industrial assets. As one of Europe’s fastest-growing economies, Poland is rapidly solidifying its role as a key industrial hub. The Silesian region combines a deep-rooted industrial heritage with a skilled workforce and first-class infrastructure.
