Bis Henderson Recruitment marks 40 years with a bold new era

Oct 25, 2025 Warehousing Ireland News Comments Off on Bis Henderson Recruitment marks 40 years with a bold new era

Bis Henderson Recruitment marks a major milestone in 2025, celebrating 40-years of delivering industry-leading recruitment solutions to businesses across the logistics, supply chain, and procurement sectors – redefining and resourcing the talent that shapes the logistics world. This anniversary recognises not just longevity, but the consistency of a business that has grown alongside the industry it serves.

Founded by George Henderson in 1985, the business has grown steadily, building on its core strengths of forming long-term partnerships, trust and deep sector experience. In total, over 10,000 managers and leaders have been placed by Bis Henderson Recruitment into new jobs in the industry. Much of its success has been down to the company’s agility in responding to change – continually modernising and striving for improvement, while never losing sight of what matters most: people, relationships, and results.

A smarter website, a stronger brand

In line with this journey, Bis Henderson Recruitment has unveiled a new brand and website. This isn’t a change in direction – it’s a sharper, clearer expression of how the business has always worked: consultative, sector-led, and results-focused. The refreshed identity reflects a more focused team, a tighter service proposition, and a more sophisticated client offer – marking the end of a period of transition, and the start of a bold new era of consistency and relevance.

Designed for clarity and accessibility, the new Bis Henderson Recruitment website is structured around the three core services: Permanent Recruitment, Executive Search, and Interim Management.

These three core services have always been at the heart of the business, but now each stands with a sharper identity and clearer pathways to support. Importantly, the business is not channel-focused, it’s problem-focused, giving the flexibility to respond to just about any challenge.

Forward momentum, connected thinking

This flexibility is echoed in the new Bis Henderson Recruitment logo: an arrow symbolising forward momentum, strategic direction and connected thinking.

The new website reinforces that approach, showcasing long-term partnerships, measurable impact, and allowing visitors to navigate by business need, not just by job title or service category.

Commenting on reaching this significant milestone Leigh Anderson, Managing Director, Bis Henderson Recruitment, says: “Forty years is quite some milestone. Over that time, we’ve helped thousands of people build their careers in logistics – many of whom now lead some of the biggest supply chains in the world.

“Few businesses can match our heritage as an agent of change in this sector. Today’s talent landscape is noisy, transactional, and often low-trust – which makes our commitment to trust, partnership, and delivery more important than ever.”

He continues: “Sectors evolve, technology shifts, but it’s people who drive progress. That’s been true for the last 40 years, and it will be true for the next.

“We’ve worked with major brands to develop recruitment strategies that meet immediate client demands while adapting to the wider forces constantly reshaping our industry. We’ve kept pace by modernising, and the new brand is part of that journey – keeping us sharp and relevant for the future, while building on the foundations that got us here.”
