UKWA Annual Lunch & Awards – Wednesday 04th July 2018 – The Dorchester, Park Lane, London
The Guest of Honour at this year’s UKWA Annual Lunch & Awards will be respected author, journalist and broadcaster extraordinaire, Andrew Marr.
Host of The Andrew Marr Show, the agenda-setting interview programme, and a regular presenter of the Radio 4 programme Start The Week, Andrew’s intelligence, keen wit and incisive style will be showcased at the UKWA’s flagship event of the year.
For once, Andrew will become the interviewee; questioned by UKWA CEO Peter Ward, he will be sharing inside insights and answering topical questions from the floor, as well as presenting UKWA Award winners with their trophies.
“We are thrilled to have a ‘big hitter’ like Andrew Marr as our guest of honour this year,” Peter Ward commented. “As Brexit approaches, our members and guests will no doubt have plenty of questions and can expect to be informed and entertained at what will be the best awards event in the industry calendar!”
